Dear Mr. K., Thank you for returning to stay with us and for sharing your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you had a very pleasant and comfortable stay with us overall. However, we are deeply concerned to hear that this is the second time your Platinum status was not recognized upon arrival. Booking two of our suites is a significant stay, and missing your welcome amenities and welcome drinks is entirely unacceptable by our service standards. As a valued Platinum member, you should always feel recognized and cared for from the moment you step into our hotel, without ever needing to ask. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this oversight. We have shared your comments directly with our Front Office and Guest Experience leadership teams to address why your profile preferences were missed and to ensure immediate rectifications are made to our check-in procedures. Dear Ms. Monique, Thank you for choosing to stay with us for a second time and for providing such thorough and valuable feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the connecting suite setup, the quality of our food, and that teams across Front Office, Security, Housekeeping, Guest Experience and restaurants provided good service. We will be sure to pass along your praise to Mr. Marcel for his responsive and helpful support. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues surrounding your stay. We deeply regret the elevator malfunction at Ruby Wong's Godown, which compromised the convenience for your Senior and PWD guests. We also take note of your feedback regarding the catering communication and will work to streamline our internal coordination. Most importantly, we take your feedback regarding the breakfast service on July 1st on the 9th floor with the utmost seriousness. While we understand the manager's actions stemmed from good intentions, touching your infant daughter and pet without permission is entirely unacceptable. We have addressed this directly with the manager and our Food & Beverage leadership to enforce strict boundaries and hygiene protocols.. We highly value your loyalty to the Accor and to our hotel.
